What the mug is made of changes how it drinks
Everyday glazed ceramic mugs in classic and modern shapes. Dishwasher and microwave safe unless the listing says otherwise, in sizes from 8 oz espresso-style cups up to 20 oz jumbo mugs.
Heavier speckled, matte and reactive-glaze stoneware with a hand-thrown look. Thicker walls hold heat noticeably longer than thin porcelain, which is why these are our most reordered mugs.
Vacuum-insulated stainless steel travel mugs and lidded tumblers built for commutes. Most fit a standard car cup holder; each listing states the exact base diameter and lid type.
How an order reaches you
No surprises after checkout
1. Packed in Kwai Chung
Every order leaves our own warehouse in Hong Kong. Handling takes 3 business days once payment clears.
2. FedEx, 2–7 business days
FedEx is the only carrier we use, so there is no service to choose between and no paid upgrade.
3. No charge on the doorstep
Import duty is already priced in, so FedEx asks you for nothing when the parcel arrives.
4. 30 days to change your mind
Unused and in its original packaging, counted from the delivery date. Email us for an authorisation number.
